Emmanuella Emene
My name is Emmanuella Emene and I have held the position of Customer Support Coordinator since February 2020. I started this work shortly before the COVID-19 pandemic. The transition to telecommuting (remote working) for a new position was not easy. Between distance learning and the tasks associated with this position, it was a challenge that I was able to successfully meet. I take care of the administrative tasks of the team. What I love about my job is that feeling of satisfaction from the client of a job well done.
In 2016, I graduated from high school in Commerce in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). Subsequently, I came to Canada to pursue my university and graduate studies. I graduated from La Cité Collégiale in Business Administration Option Finance.
Before joining Fit Financial, I worked as a customer service agent for a Client Service Agency for over one year.
In my spare time, I like to read and so far, one of my favorite books is by Eugene Tassé. I also like to spend time with my family and especially to travel to learn new cultures: until today I have visited Europe. I am passionate about Law, and I plan to learn more soon.
